Terms & Conditions

  1. All dogs are to be fully vaccinated with at least the C5 or C7 vaccination, 2 weeks prior to boarding. Vaccination certificates must be cited on arrival. Any dogs not vaccinated accordingly will be refused.
  2. Ashby Lodge Boarding Kennels has the right to refuse entry of any dog or dog breed declared dangerous or known to be very aggressive.
  3. In case of an emergency, or I'm uncontactable, I authorise & instruct management to transport my pet to preferred vet hospital to receive necessary treatment. All vet fees are to be paid in full before discharge. If owner still uncontactable the vet’s decision is final.
  4. The maximum boarding period without payment is two weeks. 50% deposit must be paid for periods longer than this. Any pets boarded more than 2 weeks without payment or not collected within 10 days of said departure date will be declared abandoned & disposed of at Ashby Lodge Boarding Kennels Discretion. Legal proceedings will be taken for any monies outstanding.
  5. Under no circumstance will Ashby Lodge Boarding Kennels be held responsible for Injury, Sickness, Death or Loss during your pets stay at Ashby Lodge Boarding Kennels.
  6. Twin share boarding rates only apply to those dogs who are checked in together & share a kennel together as instructed by owner. Ashby Lodge Boarding Kennels will not be held accountable for any incidents that may happen whilst in boarding eg Dog Fights. I agree to pay any vet fees in full that may incur.
  7. Ashby Lodge Boarding Kennels will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any property admitted eg Leads, Collars, Toys & Bedding.
  8. Complimentary bath only applies to dogs that are in boarding for at least 5 days.
  9. Additional charges may apply for Dogs with any medical conditions eg Diabetes, Epilepsy, Arthritis, Skin Allergies, Heart Conditions, Incontinence.
  10. Additional charges apply for Bitches in Season.
  11. The Booked period will be charged in Full during Holiday Periods.
  12. All fees must be paid in full on Departure. We do not take accounts. We accept payments made by Cash or Cheque.  Internet transfer can be arranged with prior consent.
